Before joining Impact in 2004, Lindsey held a number of senior sales and account management roles in the IT sector.

As one of our most experienced telemarketers, she is often called upon to get new campaigns off to a flying start. She will help our clients to perfect their pitch and carefully build an accurate picture of what will work well to generate repeat business and long-term sales.

Paul has extensive sales experience working within agency, media sales and client teams in sectors which include travel, leisure and transport.

In addition to creating immediate sales enquiries, Paul will frequently show his initiative in identifying future market opportunities or additional customer relationships during each campaign.

Samantha has 15 years experience in handling customer enquiries for companies ranging from law firms and hotels to telecoms operators.

Able to adapt to any situation, she generates sales leads quickly with campaigns that have targeted home consumers, corporate users and schools.

Catherine Taylor

With a retail sales background, Catherine has impeccable customer service skills.
